We most frequently offer heating trailers in the 150 kW power class – for purchase or hire. These have the advantage that they can be transported quickly and easily from site to site. Of course, they can be monitored and adjusted via a remote control module.

This heating trailer can be used to heat approx. 1,500 square meters of screed. In the event of a heating failure, up to 30 residential units – depending on the building – can continue to be supplied with heat.

  • Mobile heating containers can be found at biogas plants, in football pitches, in accidents, for heating construction sites, for heating modernizations, for drying screed, as a cost-effective alternative to new installations – the possibilities are endless.
  • Our HeizMax mobile heaters/heating containers are ready-to-connect and are selected according to your requirements regarding power output, fuel, chimney height, pressure rating, tank storage size, hot water preparation, and control system. For smaller power ranges, we can also offer you an electric mobile heater.
  • We are also happy to take care of transport, installation, connection of media, refueling, commissioning, operational management, dismantling, removal and emergency service for mobile heaters.
  • Of course, our mobile heating units can be coupled in modular design using our accessories or separated from your system using heat exchanger modules.
  • This means we can offer you the more environmentally friendly and cost-reducing option of a double boiler system and deliver mobile heat exactly as you need it.

Simply send us an email to cancel your order. We will take care of collecting the system as quickly as possible.

Each rental request is calculated individually by us, based on the rental period, transportation and required accessories. We will be happy to prepare a detailed quotation for your construction project at short notice. The rental period starts on the day of delivery and ends when the mobile heating center is collected. You can find some prices here.

Of course, we also offer heating containers or heating trailers for liquid or natural gas. You are welcome to send us the gas pressure with your inquiry.

Fuel oil is required on the day of commissioning. We are happy to take over the heating oil management (monitoring of heating oil levels, ordering, billing) for you.

On the day of delivery or by arrangement, we commission our heaters, adjusting the system to your requirements, the conditions on site and the technical regulations. We will be happy to instruct you, your employees or the operator during this process. This commissioning is necessary for trouble-free operation.

Our systems up to 2 MW are ready to plug in. Heating containers from 3 MW are usually connected directly. You will find the required electrical connection in our offer.

Please ensure that there is sufficient

space for the delivery and installation of the system.

space is available. (Floor space: 20 foot container = 6 x 2.6 m; 10 foot container = 2.6 x 2.4 m; car trailer = 5.5 x 2.5 m). We recommend at least 1 m of maneuvering space around the entire system.

Heating trailers up to 150 kW require 2″ external thread. Heating containers up to 1,500 kW require 2 ½” external thread. We also have transitions to flange connections or other threads as accessories. We require the dimension (DN) and pressure rating (PN) for flange connections.

We recommend our customers to buy from a rental period of 2.5 years. However, with two restrictions: The mobile heating system with constant output should be able to cover most requirements. And: The buyer is interested in taking over maintenance etc. themselves.

However, we often manage the same construction projects for years, whereby we experience two variants: Building complexes or parts are completed one after the other. For us, this means that the system is only relocated. However, the required output often increases, which is why we have to replace the heating container with a more powerful one or add a second one.

The other, rarer variant: everything is completed at the same time, i.e. the shell is completed throughout, the windows are installed everywhere at the same time, underfloor heating is installed everywhere, etc.. Full power is then always required immediately. And the mobile solution is replaced as soon as the boiler house goes into operation, all heat pumps are delivered and installed or until the district heating supplier has connected the building to its network.

However, the reality is often that a housing cooperative owns an area with, for example, ten buildings with 50 or 100 apartments each. Then one or two buildings are usually refurbished at the same time, for example by switching from individual apartment units to district heating. And once these have been completed, it is the next building’s turn. Experience has shown that this procedure is due to the limited capacities of the companies carrying out the work. At the same time, however, the tenants do not want to be subjected to too many restrictions at the same time and the investor can spread his costs over several years.

This approach is not just a question of cost. The rental price for a mobile heating system includes not only the appliance itself, but also our operational management and tank management. Ultimately, the customer does not rent a heating appliance, but buys the heat for his tenants from us. This relieves property management, commercial customers, corporate groups or property developers of activities that do not relate to their core business. They delegate this important detail to professionals. The rental solution therefore offers more convenience.

The decisive factor in each individual case, however, is the customer’s wishes and strategic direction. There is therefore no general answer to this question.

We advise the customer to make the best choice for them based on their individual facts. Here’s another example: A heating engineer buys a heating trailer for himself, e.g. with 150 kW. The reason: he has the technical expertise in-house; he has a high level of capacity utilization due to his order structure and he is flexible due to ownership, as he is not dependent on the availability of his equipment rental company.

The interest of installation companies in having their own mobile heaters is probably due to delivery problems experienced by various manufacturers in the recent past. This gives them the planning security of being able to carry out conversion work in the winter months, thereby utilizing their workforce and generating income.

The cost of the rental depends on the unit output and the desired accessories, such as hoses, electrical cables, heat exchanger modules or pump modules.

As a guide: a 90 kW system costs around 67 euros per day net. Of course, it depends on whether you rent for just 14 days or for a whole year.

If the rental period is longer, the prices will fall. Heating trailers or heating containers, also known as mobile heaters, with a higher output are correspondingly more expensive. You can find more prices here.

Another additional cost factor is delivery, collection, accessories and fuel.
